Enter, The Flying Dragon... Bring to life the dragons of your imagination with this magical flying dragon automata kit from Pathfinders.

With each turn of the small hand-crank; the dragon's wings beat, its arms and legs move forward and back, and the head, neck and tail move up and down.In action, it performs a dynamic compound motion.

Not as easy to construct as some of the other Pathfinders timber slot construction kits, but well worth the effort. The dragon is impressive once complete, and is an attractive wooden automation measuring 45cm long.

Whether you leave it unpainted or give it your own artistic touch - use markers, feathers, bottle caps or sequins - it is the kind of thing you will want to keep around for a long time.

Have fun and learn about simple machines at the same time. There is even a dragon-head shaped window so you can see how the crankshaft works.

So, fly away with your favourite dragon!

About Dragons

Dragons have long captured the imagination of people around the world. In early legend with the likes of Typhon, the most deadly monster of Greek mythology, to the modern-day dragons like Saphira from Ergon, and Smaug in the Hobbit, we have loved and reviled dragons for their loyalty and fierceness.
