Shipping & Delivery

FREE Shipping is available on most orders over $150 to anywhere in Australia! Most orders under the value of $150 incur a low flat rate shipping cost of only $10.95. Express, Fragile, Registered and International delivery options are also available. The cost for these premium shipping services are displayed during the checkout process after your postcode has been entered.

In some cases we may need to apply a shipping surcharge to heavy or bulky orders going to remote or non-urban locations. This includes orders over 3kg going to parts of mid and North Queensland, NT, WA and Norfolk Island. Free Shipping is not available to these locations. Shipping prices will range from $10.95 to $39.95 depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. In most cases the surcharge will be calculated during the checkout process, but in rare cases you may be contacted by us if an additional charge is applicable.

Fragile Shipping is recommended for glass and fragile orders. This is an insured shipping option and guarantees products broken in transit will be replaced. If this shipping option is not selected we can only offer a store credit for breakages. Although we do our best to protect fragile products in transit, we cannot control how couriers handle packages and the likelihood of breakages increases during longer shipping journeys. 

We ship to both Australian and International customers.

You should receive your order within 2 to 4 working days, although to some regional and non-urban areas it can take up to 2 working days longer. Orders going to some areas of mid and North QLD, WA, NT, and Norfolk Island can also take up to an extra 2 woking days. 

We do have a premium Express Post delivery service available. In most cases, this service offers next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express Network.  Delivery to postcodes outside of the Australia Post Express Network is likely to be a day or two quicker than standard delivery. Most express orders are sent via Australia Post eparcel but some will ship with an alternate courier. Australia Post is not guaranteeing next business day express delivery at this time due to high delivery volumes.

We use a number of Australian domestic couriers to ship orders including  Australia Post's eParcel service, Aramex, Courier's Please and TNT. All of our courier options provide online tracking and you will receive tracking details when your order is dispatched. 

International delivery will take from between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination and potential customs clearance delays.

We ship every Victorian business day. Orders received and paid for by 12pm AEST time will generally be shipped the same day.

If you require your order urgently, we have a next day delivery express service available.
