Do you have a physical store?
Although the majority of our customers are online, we do have a showroom with a selection of our unique products on display. We welcome you to pop-in: to see, feel, learn-about and experience our products. Please note, not all of our vast online range can be accessed from our showroom, conversely there may be items on special that are available only in store and not online.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you have the option of FREE same day pick-up from our warehouse at 52 Gilbert Park Dr, Knoxfield 3180.
To ensure the products you want are set aside for you, simply place your order online and select the warehouse pick-up shipping option during checkout. You can either pay for your order instantly online, or pay using cash or credit card on pick up.
If you wish to browse our range in person, please visit our Showroom in Boronia.
What payment options are available?
Payments can be made conveniently online using one of these three options:
- Credit card
- Purchase Order (for educational institutions only)
Please be assured that we do not use, store or have access to your credit card details, they are transferred directly to a major national bank using SSL encryption. PayPal is equally secure, and is a popular method of online payment.
You also have the option of ordering online and picking-up from our Knoxfield warehouse, paying cash or credit card.
Alternatively, you can call us and place your order over the phone, or if you prefer, email your order, then call us with your credit card details to make payment.
How do I place an order for my school?
We welcome orders from schools. An invoice will be sent with the goods but you will have to submit a Purchase Order Number when ordering. After placing your online order, simply select the "Educational and Government Organisations" payment method at checkout, and include a school Purchase Order Number in the Special Instructions/Order Comments box. This is applicable to all registered Australian Educational or Government Organisations.
Alternatively, you can email your order through to [email protected], fax your order to 03 8669 0270, or call us on 1300 302 441 with your order - don't forget to provide the school Purchase Order Number.
We now have FREE same day pick up available from our Knoxfield warehouse, so this is also an option for schools.
What are the shipping and postage costs?
FREE Shipping is available on all orders over $120 to anywhere in Australia!
Orders weighing under 500 grams cost just $7.95 to ship anywhere in Australia.
Orders over 500 grams and under the value $120 incur a low flat shipping cost of $9.95 to anywhere in Australia.
A shipping upgrade option to Express or Registered Post is available during the checkout process, and the cost will be displayed during checkout. For large orders this option may not be shown on the website. Contact us for assistance if you require express shipping
Alternatively, FREE same day pick from our Knoxfield warehouse is also available.
Do you accept orders from outside Australia?
Yes, we ship orders to international customers. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. You can obtain a shipping estimate during the checkout process. All prices displayed for products and shipping are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
