I’m from a school, how do I place my order?
We welcome orders from schools - no need to pay when ordering. An invoice will be sent with the goods but you will have to submit a Purchase Order Number when ordering. After placing your online order, simply select the "Educational and Government Organisations" payment method at checkout, and include a school Purchase Order Number in the Special Instructions/Order Comments box. This is applicable to all registered Australian Educational or Government Organisations.

What are the shipping and postage costs?
FREE Shipping is available on all orders over $120 to anywhere in Australia! Orders weighing under 500 grams cost just $6.95 to ship anywhere in Australia. Orders over 500 grams and under the value $120 incur a low flat shipping cost of $9.95 to anywhere in Australia. A shipping upgrade option to Express or Registered Post is available during the checkout process, and the cost can be viewed in the shopping cart page by clicking the 'Estimate Shipping' button.
Do you accept orders from countries outside Australia?
Yes, we now ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. You can obtain a shipping estimate before checkout by simply clicking on the 'Estimate Shipping' button in your shopping cart. All prices displayed for products and shipping are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Are international orders exempt from the embedded tax in the product's price?
Yes, all our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If you are placing an international order you do not have to pay GST. This means that for all orders shipped outside Australia, 10% will be deducted from the total price. This discount will be automatically calculated during checkout, and will certainly help offset international shipping costs.
What is your Returns Policy?
We make sure we provide plenty of information in each product listing so you know exactly what you are buying. Please contact us before making a purchase if you have any product related queries.
We are happy to exchange or refund your money if there is a problem with the product, or it is not what is expected. In this case, you will need to return the item back to us at your own cost. If we are replacing a damaged or faulty item it is our responsibility to cover the costs involved in shipping the replacement item back to you. We will do our best to address any concerns if you contact us. We do not refund postage costs.
