The service from Mad About science was excellent. I would buy from you again anytime. I bought my first Galilieo thermometer more than 15 yrs ago when they first became popular. It unfortunately was broken recently by my cleaner. The replacement thermometer is made in China and not of the quality of my first. Such a shame, as I really liked the slimmer less chunky look of my first.

I ordered a full-size Galileo Thermometer from the pleasant Naomi, but AustPost didn't play the game and broke it in transit. After a pleasant phone call or two Naomi happily replaced it. This time it arrived without damage but for some reason it didn't want to work properly.
An email and a phone call was all it took for it to be replaced for the third time. In my opinion you just can't beat good service like Mad About Science provided for me. Score - 10/10.
